To help unite some massive leaps in machine learning for partial differential equations with the fast quantum PDE solvers we expect to see in the (near?) future my colleagues at Booz Allen and I have written a short whitepaper about a potential application in Earth Systems Modeling. You can read the full paper on the DoE site.

A proposal authored by Grace Kim and myself has been accepted to the Climate Change AI workshop at NEURIPS 2020! The presentation recording and proposal paper are available on the workshop website

My R package for semi-parametric Bayesian infinite factor modeling is available on CRAN! Just install infinitefactor for all your sampling needs! If you’d like to read in detail about the implementation, theory, and algorithms with some examples and code, my thesis has all of that and much more, available here on DukeSpace.

For preceeding work see our Bayesian high-dimensional interation factor analysis demo or my Post-processing overview
